A very English Kiwi!
Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in organisational development and generalist human resources roles, including significant involvement with both private and public sectors overseas and in New Zealand. She graduated with an honours degree in Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (IPM) before continuing to become a certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming in the UK and the Language and Behaviour Profile in the Canada.
In 2003, Lisa moved to New Zealand and worked within the Education, Health, and Minerals sector before joining Gallaway Cook Allan in April 2021.
Lisa is focused on driving and embedding excellence in people practices along with her passion for building and delivering solutions that influence and support a great culture for all employees
Lisa can often be found out and about with her three border collies or tending to the vege garden, when she isn't enjoying time with friends and family.
