Michaela is our Business Systems and Payroll Coordinator. She oversees the firms Practice Management, Payroll and HRIS Systems. She works closely with our Finance and Compliance Manager, People and Culture Manager and wider Executive Team on various projects. Michaela contributes to the firm’s success by ensuring our business systems run smoothly and effectively.
Dunedin born and bred; Michaela joined Gallaway Cook Allan in 2018. With her background and experience in systems and IT administration, Michaela is well known for being a problem-solver, providing high quality, technical support exactly when it’s needed.
In collaboration with many of our external system providers, Michaela supports the firm through change initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping our team navigate and understand our systems. She is passionate about leveraging technology to improve efficiency and processes within the organisation.
Outside of work Michaela enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends, and her dogs. She also loves curling up with a good book.
